CREATION OF A LIBRARY
/ MEDIA LIBRARY
In 2020, "L'AVENIR LEUR SOURIT" has established a partnership with the association « In Cultura Veritas ». The purpose of this partnership is to create a media library inside the orphanage.
To carry out this project, In Cultura Veritas has financed the publishing and the sale of two books: The novel “De l’ombre à la lumière” by Michel Thomas and the book by Yves Ridel “Le petit carnet noir ”, written in collaboration with Michel Thomas.
The funds raised by the sale of these books will be used to buy books and equipment for this media library which will be inaugurated next November and which will have the name of "Yves Ridel Media Library" in memory of this generous humanist man who has spent the last years of his life facilitating access to culture for many poor children from Brazil and Asian countries.
